Convenient location, good price.
Pros:

I stay here quite often for buisiness trips. Location is good, near Esaka station. Smallish but comfy room, nice and quiet and plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Staff are helpful and welcoming and can speak English (as is usual for APA, I find). Good price.

Cons:

Queue for breakfast (at a nearby cafe) could be a bit long at busy times.

設備やスタッフの方々の対応はとても良かったです。

スタッフの方が全員日本人で、シャワーヘッドの故障も直ぐに対応してくれた。

場所が場所だけに夜も御堂筋を走るバイクや車の音がうるさい。部屋が狭い。

Pros:

ベッドが大きく快適だった。室内の TV が驚くほど大きく見やすかった。コンセント、パソコン用電源など充実していた。WiFi も部屋ごとに暗証番号が設定されていて良かった。歯ブラシ等も部屋に置かれていた。

Cons:

地下鉄江坂駅に近く交通量の多い道路に面しているので、時折暴走族などが走る騒音が気になることもあった。
