床の絨毯が汚れている。裸足で歩くと足の裏が黒くなる。フロントスタッフは人による。日中の方はとても親切。夜と朝の方はホテルマンとは言えない。ホスピタリティの観点で考えてはいけないのだろうか…

設備が充実していました。エアコンの温度調整を自分で行うことができるのと空気清浄機も置いてあるのがよかったです。
