Pros:

일단 위치 너무 좋고, 근처 먹을 수 있는 식당도 많았습니다.
이온몰차탄점 걸어가기도 좋고, 토요일 8시엔 불꽃놀이도 합니다. 이온몰은 한국인들이 많아 물건이 빨리 빠질 수도 있어요.그래도 가볼만 하고 물건 꽤 많습니다.
근처 san-a , direx, 미츠모토(?) 엿나 로컬 마트 ,드럭스토어 있어서 쇼핑하기 좋았습니다.
숙소가 우리집처럼 편안했고, 세탁기 건조기도 있어 옷 빨래 하기 편했어요.
전날 북부에서 놀다 와서 바다짠내 많이 났는데 세탁해서 캐리어에 냄새 안 났음요.
냉장고도 크고 요리도 가능한데, 후라이팬은 인덕션용으로 필요합니다.(혹시나 가져가실분)
바로앞에 있는 라멘 집 로컬맛집인듯해요 ㅋㅋ 미국인들 마니오고 때에 따라 웨이팅 있는듯. 밤 12시까지 해서 야식으로 가기 좋습니댜.
전반적으로 아이와 지내기 넘 만족스러웠고 재방문 의사 200프로요

근처 선셋비치 걸어가기 완전 좋고 아이가 모래놀이 넘 좋아했어요. 바다수영도 가능할듯요. 수영복입고 가서 바로 옆 샤워장에서 샤워하면 좋을듯합니다.

Cons:

1층 올라올 때 슬로프가 아니고 계단이라 유모차나 휠체어는 진입하기 힘들어요.
보유한 후라이팬이 너무 낡았어요 ㅠ

房間大且舒適，有廚房廚具應有盡有，附近皆有餐廳超市很方便

晚上飆車族超級吵，雖不關飯店的事但可加強窗戶隔音或隔音門，停車場很難停

之前的評語就知道會吵，但沒想到超級吵，大門近馬路，又不是氣密的，暴走族、一大早的大車呼嘯，真的很吵；烘衣機無法使用，第二天也未解決！連住無更換浴巾毛巾等相關清潔用品！

一進門抽張衛生紙居然沒了，想說民宿，自己去櫃子拿來補，翻遍所有櫃子，什麼都沒有，收得很乾淨。
有廚房冰箱微波爐，有平底鍋沒鍋鏟，有鍋子沒湯勺～鍋子一股油耗味，洗完菜瓜布也變色了。
想洗一下衣服，先槽洗淨一下，得到一鍋料多海帶芽湯⋯⋯⋯因為沒衣服穿只好幫忙洗了六趟洗衣機
克難煮了已經買的食材，沒有多的備品可以清理廚餘
