Tout. L'emplacement, le lieu, l'accueil, le calme, l'insonorisation... Jorge est d’une grande gentillesse et nous donne énormément d'informations sur sa ville et les choses à faire. Tout est parfait.

We asked to leave the luggages after check out because we had the bus late in the evening but they dont allow to do it…i think this is the service that change the day to people who are travelling with heavy bags and have few Hours to visit the city
Really liked the staff. Jorge was fantastic and such great knowledge of the city.
Location is really perfect. On one side a quieter street to walk into and the main road on the other side more bustle and action to immerse in!

This hotel is a hidden gem, my honest appraisal. Solo traveling through the Yucatán, found Valladolid to be a great town to explore, and Los Candiles as a terrific home base there. The hotel is located directly upon a park plaza, shaded by the trees, calm & quiet. The staff is terrific, Antonio and Jorge were fluent in English, and very helpful with advice about the area. My room was spacious, spotless, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Air conditioning is quite good, chills the room down in no time. The Wi-Fi is quite good. There is a cold refrigerator in the common area, and a nearby market with cheap beer. The swimming pool is small, but more than enough for a cooling plunge, and kept very clean. Overall, you can’t ask for much more, such a value and a positive experience. I will definitely stay here again with a visit to Valladolid.
