AS explained above, I didn't get to stay in the hotel as my booking though booking.com was no good
Pros:

I booked through Booking.com and i got a confirmation the booking was confirmed. But when I reached the destination, the hotel was locked and a message display on the glass door for me to call the hp number. I called the number and was told the hotel was overbooked and asked me to get back to Booking.com as according to hotel staff on the phone, it was booking.com fault for overbook and they cut me off. So I have to book another hotel room through your competitor Agoda to get a room. Thanks to them I got a room from another hotel.

Very convinence especially during fetive season.
Pros:

Hotel is more suitable to backpackers style. There is no receiption desk. All check in using passcoed and comunication with hotel via whatsaap. I have to compliment staff involve as there were prompt reply.

Cons:

1. No elavator, you have to prepare using stairs especially with big luggage.
