Relativt nära Wembley vilket var anledningen till att vi bokade detta hotell.
Pros:

Geografiskt var läget bra, nära till tunnelbanan.

Cons:

Miljömässigt var läget trist intill trafikerad väg och en rätt nergången omgivning.Frukosten var OK, men frukostmatsalen slamrig och relativt ocharmig.

Everything. Lovely hotel, very clean and light. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, really good selection. Although a little way out of central London, there were 2 tube stations within a short walk.

Poor value for money, no drinking water provided!
Pros:

Breakfast good, bed comfortable and large enough to fit two people with room. Friendly cleaning staff. Clean room. Good taxi service provided by local company. Would recommend them.

Cons:

Receptionist not that friendly. No greeting of any kind, afernoon, would have at least been something. Asked for cab and was given a card to ring myself. No information about room was just handed a card. Didn't volunteer any information or ask if we needed anything. Just seemed disinterested. No water in room, despite the heat wave! When asked i was told just certain rank of customer got water! I have stayed at Cheaper hotels and got more for my money. Maybe at least say there is a local shop nearby...This hotel is about 10 mins before Wembley but horrendous traffic so leave earlier than you think. Shower had no hot water to speak off. Tried at different times and luke warm.
