Great location, great room, lovely breakfast included

Cons:

The receptionist sent us to the wrong floor on check-in. Not a big issue, but she seemed a bit abrupt when we asked about the correct location of our room.

Расположение до метро, большая кровать, прекрасный душ и главное тишина, что позволило хорошо отдохнуть после долгого дня

Cons:

Окна в номере не открываются- нет свежего воздуха. Кондиционер в номере имеет свое мнение как работать, с какой температурой
На завтраке не порадовали абсолютно пустые блюда, ждали времечко...

Pros:

In zona 3, molto comodo per stazioni Piccadilly e Central lines. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, ben illuminata e insonorizzata, tranquilla come avevamo richiesto. Arredamento essenziale ma confortevole. Pavimento in legno (non in moquette). Letto molto comodo. Regolare sostituzione asciugamani. Servizio igienico ampio, doccia ben funzionante, lavandino ben utilizzabile. Pulizia ben eseguita. Pompa di calore e condizionatore regolabili autonomamente. Colazione con vasta offerta sia sul salato che sul dolce (possibile prepararsi waffles). Lounge colazione ben pulita.

Cons:

Mancano appendiabiti. Relativamente distante dal centro.
