Never saying at this location again
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The hotel was not clean and the toilet would not flush. Website said they offered breakfast? They did not. The lady that checked us in said I know the website says that but we don’t have breakfast.

Overall it was a good stay the only thing I had an issue with is Ramada trying to take payment from the card I reserved

Wasn’t as bad as the reviews said
Pros:

The room was better then expected and it was right across the street from the beach

Cons:

There was no towels in the room when we checked in, housekeeping never came to the room to restock toilet paper or towels or anything for a 3 night stay.

Dont stay there it sucks, everything about it sucks

That it was in virginia beach and the staff

Cons:

It was suppose to be pay at the property and they charged me before I arrived, and then the over charged me, I have turned the bank statement in to your email, the toilet made a horrible noise, the shoer bar came off, the beds were hard as a brick, the room smelled funny, the pool was ice cold, no breakfast.

Bad really bad experience, sorry but is how I feel
Cons:

We have a very bad experience
We never saw a employee in the facility
No toilet paper my daughter needs ice and we have to go across the street to get it
The ac hardly works the room smells horrible the bathroom was dirty
When I made the reservation the total was
$ 287.48 and when I check in, they charge me $340.51 they never show me the total or give me receipt I know is my fault because I thrust them and I didn’t check my transactions I just found out when I was already at home but honestly this is not right!

Could do better
Pros:

Value, but was charged more ta ookhig said.

Cons:

Very small bathroom and asked for blanket 2x and never received. Also asked for assit with TV a b d no one came. Also no room available when I got there at 9pm. Had to wait x 30 mins.

One word DISGUSTING
Pros:

This room was to say the least by far the worst experience I have ever had Went to management the first night offered to pay the extra to move the staff to include the GM are very unresponsive Anna and Christina were

Cons:

The room had no trash cans in the bathrooms dirty sanitary napkin wrapped in toilet tissue behind the toilet used dirty bandaid in shower coffee pot didn't work complained to management Kayla who did nothing it was absolutely disgusting I went everyday was told would get credit for at least one night never did it's been a week with calls everyday no response from anyone.

Bargain for location and what was provided.

Price for adequate room.... Parking was extra, but nice as it was near the room.
