Certainly not a bad hotel.
Pros:

The food was good and delicious.

Cons:

The pillow was very hard and I couldn’t sleep well.

I had to pay with my Touch ’n Go myself when leaving and this happened twice (I went out twice and was charged twice) despite the front desk saying they would handle payment.

lokasinya sangat baik, kamarnya juga cukup luas dan bersih. amenities lengkap.

Cons:

hari pertama saya tdk mendapat keset di kamar mandi.
shg saya menggunakan handuk mandi utk keset. di hari kedua, handuk tersebut tidak diganti, sehingga keset saya masih menggunakan handuk tersebut.

Great room great staffs

Cons:

Pillow was too pliable. Not comfortable to sleep
Bedsheet stains
Cleaned my room even tho was put on do not disturb
