Comfortable and good value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable. Close to the tram that can take you into the historic center of Tours. It was quiet and I felt it was rather authentic. Not your usual commercial property.

Cons:

Didn’t realize how far it was from the historic center. It’s a half hour walk.

Pros:

The hotel was well located for the Centre Ville a 5 min walk to the tram and 5 min ride into town. The room was very good, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel does seem a bit dated, but that was our only minor issue.

The shower!
The lady who runs is speaks very good English and she is friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast basic but good enough.

People say its a bit dated. The rooms are not which is what matters. We found no problem with the hotel. It's more of a old-fashioned B&B really and its great for a 1/2 night stop over.

It isn't expensive and the tram connection is useful. Lovely Chinese restaurant close by.

Cons:

Obviously, it's an old building which doesn't have air con, so in the recent heatwave it was a bit warm. It would be fine in normal weather.

Pros:

The room was clean..good sized shower

Cons:

No aircon...It was like a sweatshop....toilet was wedged at an angle in between shower and sink,no room to use..tv reception was terrible...
