Pros:

El desayuno típico de hotel de McAllen: waffles, huevos (de caja), pan, café (muy malo), jugo y yogurt.

Cons:

El olor de la habitación, el baño muy incómodo, pequeño, la regadera muy abajo, fue muy complicado tomar la ducha.
Sólo contaban con UNA TOALLA (pequeña) en el baño, tuvimos que solicitar más....

Pros:

The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

The staff member who greeted us was extremely rude and unpleasant. The hotel is not clean. I stayed at another hotel a few nights earlier, paid much less, and had a much better experience.

I chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but it was not worth it. There were no forks available, the coffee was cold, and there was no fruit or yogurt.

The location was not worth the price

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

The food was ok and the beds were soft and tge location was really close to the hospital area

Cons:

The room was not so clean the tub was horrible it had mold and the ceiling restroom was cracking and the room light was broken The breakfast coffee was bad

The inconvenient part is the elevator, which is located outside the hotel; it gets extremely warm inside during the summer time.

Pros:

The worst Hotel I’ve ever been in McAllen, Tx.

Cons:

Beds are old, poor and uncomfortable. You can’t sit without falling to the sides. The bathroom DISGUSTING. The bathtub was leaking to the floor so we had to use towels to dry it. The breakfast is terribly bad, the eggs were burned, the sausages dry… I’ve never ever had such experience in McAllen. Too bad.
