First and last time staying in a Tru motel.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

First, the location was difficult to drive to.. could use better/additional signage as it is tucked behind some model homes with the road looking more like a driveway vs. access road.
Asked for quiet room again when I checked in and clerk gave us a room facing Highway. It was also a handicap room with vinyl floors (makes your feet feel dirty) and no black out screen (supposed to have).
Who in their right mind puts fuse ball tables in lobby… while having breakfast, kids, being kids, made a lot of noise playing. Not your best environment for dining.
Scrambled eggs sitting in water.. tasteless.

Good location. Nice structured building. Good sized bed.

Cons:

Bathroom light didnt work. Bathroom sink drainer wasnt functioning. I could hear every footstep above me. I was also double charged for my stay.

Very Welcoming and Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was quirky and comfortable. It felt like staying in an IKEA. The decor was simple, colorful, and functional. It was all very welcoming.

Cons:

It wasn't explained that there was a $50 incidental charge upfront. It's not a big deal, but I had to call to find out why I was charged extra. I'm waiting for it to post in my account to make sure it's corrected.

I arrived late, after 11pm. The bed looked as if it had been slept in, restroom needed cleaned and the ac unit waa covered in mold. I have pictures and sold to front desk attendant. I was told general manager would call me and I have yet to receive a call. I slept in my car the majority of my time there because of the room. Check cameras and you'll see.
