Over nice and comfortable. Slept so good
Pros:

Location was good, The shampoo,conditioner, body wash and hand soap was excellent, housekeeper was good, hotel was over all nice. Felt very welcome and pretty safe. Front desk people were nice.

After a long hot day at Cedar Point, this place was really refreshing.
Pros:

The breakfast was filling and there was plenty available. The rooms were really clean as well as the whole property. But the best part of the stay was the staff. They seemed excited to have us stay there. When I say staff, that includes those at the front desk, those serving breakfast, and even the housekeepers were nice. I am sure that if I ran across another member of the staff, that they would have been super also.

Cons:

The coffee. Not sure what it was but I had to throw it out and buy some gas station coffee to start me out on my trip home.

Cons:

I drove 3 and a half hours for them to tell me I didn't have a reservation because the lady was unwilling to look for it. They then tried to charge me for the 2 rooms I had booked after I left. When I called them about it they said my reservation was there but for only 1 room. Found out later they had given my rooms away to people there for a baseball tournament. Will never book there again.

very clean hotel, hotel staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

breakfast was NOT good—eggs tasted like they were from a package that was heated in the microwave, counter where food was was a little messy

Pros:

For the price, it was very good! The staff was full of friendly, hard-working, helpful people. They honestly made the stay as good as it was & you could tell they cared about making things nice for guests. The food was good especially for being free! The beds were comfortable & the showers were clean.

The staff was amazing and the breakfasts were good.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to sign into my accounts to watch tv. There was no free tv and the internet was hard to connect to
