Great room and quiet floor.
Pros:

Good breakfast and the variety was great. Ample space and time to eat.

Cons:

Problem with tv remotes. It was quickly resolved.

Pros:

The rooms were big and spacious

Cons:

The pool area was very loud and wasn’t monitored good enough. You had customers going in and out holding the door open just to keep it open. Kids were screaming out of control. Probably a good idea to have your staff monitor the pool area somewhat, cause I didn’t see any of the around.

Pros:

I traveled all the way for Cleveland, Ohio to Cincinnati for a Comedy show and to have a great weekend the card that was on file was declined and I was told that I would have to physically come in with my card but the room was back on reserve for me I get to the hotel after my 3 hour ride to find out that everything that was told to me was not true I was not compensated for my time or even pointed in the right direction . I would never try this hotel again

Pros:

It was clean and quiet.

Cons:

I previously paid before we arrived. They couldn’t find the fact that I had done so I showed them proof. They let us enter the room, but they never checked us in the whole stay. We couldn’t use the Wi-Fi because they didn’t check us in.

Cons:

My reservation was cancelled even though I stated I was going to have a late check in, the girl at the desk didnt have any idea how to fix the problem, i was able to reserve another room but was charged 70 dollars more. I will not stay here again and I will make sure that I share my experience with others.

It was a nice enough property, just the details that bothered me.
Cons:

Didn't care much for the breakfast bar! Had an ice machine on the floor, but no ice buckets. If you wanted ice, you had to fill one glass at a time. We were there 3 nights and they never did make the bed. On the second day, they did come in and remove the dirty towels and emptied the garbage.
