July 4th Staycation
Pros:

Heated pool and able to use the grill at the site. We had a stay cation with our kids for the holiday

Pleased with the place. Guest out of control.
Cons:

Guest kept us up both nights.. Kids kept up noise in rooms and hall ways. Manager was supposed to give me bonus points to my account. It hasn't happened as of yet.

The vibe was nice, there’s a beautiful water fall if you take the walking path in the back behind the pool
The pool was nice and relaxing
Breakfast was delicious
The beds are comfortable

Pros:

The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

We had blood on our sheets and blankets. Couldn't hardly get the shade on the window to work. We had pills laying all over our room when we first got there. The woman working the front desk was terrible. When we went to the breakfast if something had run out she/nobody wouldn't refill it.

Not worth anything close to pay rate. Never again. Run.

Quiet. Okay manager

Cons:

Rude staff upon arrival, manager attempted to correct situation portly. Cold pool with something at the bottom of it that my friend and I stepped on. Poor breakfast choices cooked poorly. Definitely the worst IHG I have ever experienced in over 10 years of consistent travel.
