立地的な便利さが魅力
Pros:

駅からすぐというロケーションが良かった。
部屋に電子レンジも付いていて、便利だった。

Cons:

連泊で荷物が多い場合や大きなスーツケースがあると部屋が狭い。
バスルームの入り口の段差が年寄りには辛いものがあり、トイレに座った時の余裕もギリギリだったので、身体が大きい人には狭すぎる。

Comfortable and central!
Pros:

Comfortable bed, really central location, perfect if you’re using the Shinkansen to travel around.

Cons:

Sometimes guests came home quite late and were talking in the hallways so I woke up but I’m a very light sleeper so perhaps that wouldn’t happen to everyone !

Disappointed that you could give me another pillow which meant I slept badly.

Near the Okayama station
Pros:

The good point is it is near the train station, just across the street after the bus terminal. They seems to have a bunch of people doing paperwork in a room, but only 1 staff serving the counter. So when I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage and return after 3pm to check in. No one was st the counter at all to help me. After many minutes the counter lady emerged from the lift. She was very helpful though. She is a very helpful and polite staff as I kept meeting her at the counter over the next few days if stay.

Cons:

Actually that was a comfortable stay
