セルフサービスでタオルやアメニティを提供されてて便利でした。
客室内に電子レンジがあり、バストイレ別な面もよかったです。
フロントにウォーターサーバーがあったが、よく切らしていたのが残念でした。
洗濯をしようと併設のランドリーへ行こうとしたところ、屋外に設置されてるからか、かなり大きめのネズミが2,3匹いたので利用するのを控えました。
立地はとても便利でよかったです。

夜中じゅう謎の怪音が
Pros:

昼間も壁の中を工事しているような音や水道管が振動し続けるような音がしていましたがその音が夜中の方が大きくて泥酔してないと寝れないくらいでした。

あと、ベッドの周りにコンセントが無いので延長コードは必須って感じでしょうか。

エレベーターがあるのに使えない。使えないことにたいして、謝罪もなく当たり前の対応。私は足が悪く、大きいのに階段を使い、5階まで行かなければいけませんでした。
