Hilton Home2 Suites are sweet!
Pros:

Immediate entrance appearance, kind, smiling greeting by Lyndsay, very comfortable suite and everything one would need!

Breakfast was great, and the gentleman that staffed the meal was smiling and welcoming.

Cons:

Smoking permitted near the front door entrance.

Despite the check in issue, it was good.
Pros:

The staff was great. They couldn't find my reservation because I booked through booking.com instead of the hotel's actual website. They were super apologetic and polite as they sorted it out. I thought I was making the reservation with the hotel and not a 3rd party like booking.com. I will be more cautious next time.

I was grateful the employees who were checking me in took interest in solving the problem.

Cons:

I didn't like how booking.com somehow kept its hooks in me as I attempted to make my reservation on the hotel's website and not through booking.com
