Cons:

the floors inside the room doors were VERY SLIPPERY!!!!!
You need a better exhaust fan in the bathroom, and EVERY bathroom should have a plunger. The hotel clerk (Tim) had to call other hotels to get a plunger for one of our rooms. That's ridiculous!

It was clean and spacious.

Cons:

When we got in the systems were down, obviously not anyone’s fault but we were sent to 2 different rooms with people in them. We were then told they didn’t have the right size room for us when I booked this months ago. But after some hassle they somehow found a room for us with the correct number of beds.
Staff were exasperated as is expected however so were we especially when we were walking in on people in their rooms. Staff continually telling us if we were unhappy then to go somewhere else is wildly unprofessional, as I said I booked this months ago and we had been on the road for 12 hours and were traveling with a pet so just “going somewhere else” at 9pm wasn’t really an option.

Frustrating
Cons:

Upon arrival, we tried to open the sofa bed and it was broken. Called downstairs and were told it doesn’t work. Explained we needed to have it, as noted in our reservation. They moved us to another room. We got there and the room was not fully clean, the shower curtain was missing, and the door wouldn’t shut u less we slammed it and heaved all our weight into it. We asked for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and we were given two fitted sheets and a shrug of nonchalance. It was a disappointment, and a surprise based on the other good reviews. Would not stay here again.

With the exception of the less than par breakfast, our stay was wonderful.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the building and our room, the spaciousness of our room, and the very friendly staff!

Cons:

The breakfast was a big disappointment. I thought that a Hilton owned motel would offer a much better breakfast. There was nothing appetizing about it.
