Pros:

How quickly they fixed the booking mistake a third party booking had us in a queen double but they sent the hotel a king. It was fixed in no time at all.

Cons:

You can hear a lot of outside noises. Most hotels we can't hear the outside but this one we could.

Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth ... best I've encountered in my many years of hotel stays. Beds were very comfy, the room was well appointed and spacious and comfortable for 4 people to share, and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Didn't love the barn door bathroom door when sharing with four people, but it was fine in the end... for a couple it would have been absolutely fine.

Wonderful, good locati pleasant staff
Pros:

The staff was very helpful with directions, the were very accommodating with needed, more coffee,towels and straightening up/cleaning out room.

The bathroom could be just a little bigger

The suites are huge, the facilities were very clean and when we first walked in the lobby it smelt like wax melts and was an amazing first impression! I would definitely stay again

Nice place but noise levels are inconsistent. Staff were great

Staff was friendly and responsive

Cons:

- hair dryer set off smoke alarm multiple times (there was no smoke)
- thin walls
- other guests loud in the halls in the middle of the night
- guests above our ceiling seemed super loud (we think there was not a lot of sound insulation)
- when we or people above us showered, there was a LOUD tapping sound insulation the walls/pipes
