Pros:

The location is excellent, near to the beach,bars and restaurants.The room has a fully equipped kitchen with kettle,hob,micro wave oven and pots pans and cutlery. 7/11 and market very close. I will stat there again. THANKS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS

UN TERRIBILE SOGGIORNO in una struttura che ha ricevuto immeritati giudizi positivi.
Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto nulla.La colazione non è quella mostrata in foto.Manca la zuppa, l'uovo al tegamino,e normalmente vengono vendute le paste dolci a esterni ( a cui danno la precedenza) e i clienti rimangono senza( perché è già da loro tutto pagato in anticipo).La posizione è pessima,con ingresso costituito da 2 scalini sulla strada,da cui si accede a una stanza per la colazione con 4 tavoli e soffitto basso con annessa cucina ,bar e vetrina per pane e dolci.Ho visto 2 scarafaggi grandi,alle ore 22,uno sul gradino e l'altro sul pavimento cucina.All'esterno a sinistra dei 2 scalini di ingresso,vengono depositati i sacchi per l'immondizia; le moto bike sono parcheggiate lì, e l'unico spazio per entrare sono i 2 scalini.In 4 occasioni ho visto un tubo collegato ad una cisterna che attraversava la sala colazioni fino ad una autocisterna all'esterno.Questa struttura,ha un hotel annesso di cui al piano terra,con ciabatte e scarpe del personale ,in bella vista a sinistra del bancone della reception,e nulla è scritto o mostrato in foto di tutto questo, nemmeno l'ingresso.

Cons:

Ho visto cumuli di lenzuola di ricambio, vicino all'ascensore; benché la camera fosse spaziosa e abbastanza ben arredata,ho visto 3 piccoli scarafaggi chiari in bagno;gli infissi delle porte sono troppo bassi( non per chi è 190 cm); la cassaforte è lunga circa 35 cm con una serratura da incubo ,cioe' mafunzionante,il letto ha solo 1 lato libero (quello dei piedi),gli altri 3 lati sono chiusi da bordi di legno incastrati col letto;manca 1 comodino e la luce sul latte destro;in piscina le sefii e i tavolini sono a fianco delle stanze a piano terra,a vista dei clienti che vi abitano ( ma in foto non è mostrato);ho visto portacenere pieni di mozziconi di sigarette.Quello che mi meraviglia è come mai ci sono dei giudizi come" fantastico,ottimo, favoloso" ,ma come è possibile?Anche il giudizio " buono" che ho letto sotto la foto dell'hotel,non è assolutamente paragonabile ad altri hotel,( es.Grand bella hotel,anche questo con giudizio buono). Andate a vedere! È un vero incubo,quell'ingresso sulla strada con le moto bike parcheggiate che bloccano l'ingresso e un via vai di gente che entra ed esce..Non lo classifico come hotel,ma come camere in affitto,e non merita certo 3 stelle ..Cosa bisognerebbe fare per migliorarlo?Si salvano solo le stanze ai piani superiori; sotto all'ingresso,sala colazioni,reception e stanze contigue, credo che sia tutto da rifare ed isolare l'ingresso dalla strada e fare una completa disinfestazione.
