The Hotel gives a nice holiday feeling from the beginning of the entrance, the pool area is amazing and thw cocktails in the Poolbar are super delicious.

Rooms size was super, we had a suite, which was really nice with 2 seperate ACs.

Cons:

While the hotel itself is wonderful and delivers a great holiday atmosphere, the breakfast experience was a major disappointment. The dining area felt unhygienic particularly the butter and cream cheese spread area, where open jars were used instead of hygienic, individually wrapped portions. Not enough cups for coffee and juice and then the strict policy of closing the breakfast room door precisely at 9:30 AM felt unwelcoming and unusually rigid for a hotel of this caliber.

El desayuno estaba genial, con muchas opciones, muy bueno la verdad. y la ubicacion genial, cerca de la playa. Realmente disfrutamos mucho el hotel.

Nice hotel, but the staffing needs more training and balconies. Need to have some privacy screening put up.
Pros:

We love the breakfast they provided us. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

What we didn’t like were the balconies were connected with the other rooms. There was no privacy whatsoever. If you like, sitting on the balcony with other guest hearing and seeing you, that was what you have. Big mistake. Another issue was the front desk. Checking in checking out were great. However, the front desk made no effort for eye contact when you came or went never greeted us and when checking out, the clerk was watching on her phone and investment video never bothered to turn it off while checking us out very unprofessional.

Nice but not worth the price tag.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast!

Cons:

Amenities very outdated to be considered a resort. More for family traveling then a solo or adults only experience. Toilet ran with weak flush. The location is a little further than what I expected when looking for accommodations of Ana Marie Island.
