Good hotel nice rooms and pool. Quick check in. However breakfast and the boiling water let the place down.

The location , rooms and pool area were nice

Cons:

The fact that at breakfast there is no hot water for a hot drink at breakfast. There was tea bags however the staff were having to heat up water in the microwave which is a terrible way to make tea . I have travelled extensively and never anywhere at breakfast have they not had a boiling water dispenser, hot drinks machine. To be told if you want a coffee you need to go back to your bedroom to make a coffee using the room coffee machine. This was very strange. I expect more of a margarita resort one advertised as a 4*.

This is something that can easily be rectified by having a fresh brew of coffee on and a boiling water dispenser.

Breakfast was just okay there was an okay choice but the hot breakfast could have been better.

Also the air conditioning machine was extremely loud in the room which was frustrating when trying to sleep.

Ein absoluter Traum!
Pros:

Super nettes Personal. Rezeption hilft bei jeden Wunsch. Poolanlage ist ein Traum und das Frühstück das Beste was ich in Amerika bisher hatte. Ich und meine Familie waren begeistert vom kompletten Paket.
