Such a great location. Beautiful views of the intercoastal and the marina. Plus close to Anna Maria. we enjoyed breakfast and the bar area to relax at night. The pool area was gorgeous.

Cons:

The music by the pool was way too loud.

Location was great and it was well presented and clean

Cons:

The staff member on reception wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed very disinterested in checking us in. There was also a large number of youths making a lot of noise around the hotel and seemed to be all over the hotel. We had rooms on the 2nd and 4th and they seemed to be everywhere running around until late without any challenges. Difficult to settle young children with noise on the corridors

Staff were great, the lady at reception made great efforts to find us a black tea.. Which may not should much but after you have travelled 23 hrs and ate looking forward to a tea and bed... The tea and the effort meant a lot...

Cons:

When I made my booking a requested a bathtub, and then when we got there we got a room with the shower. I specifically confirm with them that I had a bathtub in my room and they emailed me back saying yes you're booking has a bathtub. And then when I got there it was a shower they lied to me!
