Great place if you want quiet, clean, but still close to train stations and good stores
Pros:

I like the fact is outside of the busy are of Tokyo, and it is located among local streets where there are not many people or cars. Also there are convenience stores couple blocks away, and restaurants as well. the room is small, but very clean and they provide towels, sleeppers, toothbrush, hair dryers, shampoo, hand soap, body soap, and wifi. The hotel is small and quiet. They have a shared fridge if you need to keep something in it. Also coin laundry available.

Cons:

The bed could be a bit more comfortable. But that was my mistake lol, it was futon style, and I didn't notice when booking.

Cons:

普段系列のビジネスホテルに泊まっているため、どうしても比較してしまい清潔感が気になりました。
まず、部屋の鍵が開けにくい。ドアにテプラで注意書きはしてあるものの、開けにくい。
旧式の鍵だったので、出る時は鍵を回して閉めるのかと思いきやオートロックだったが、チェックインの時は何の説明もありませんでした。
部屋にフロントに繋がる電話もなかったため、携帯からホテルの外線へ電話して来てもらいました。
部屋の匂いも何だか香辛料？みたいな匂いしてるし、お風呂もトイレも狭いし、テレビはインターネットテレビじゃないし、USBはないし。
極め付けは備え付けのドライヤー(ダイソン風)を使用してる時、なんか焦げ臭いなと思ったらドライヤーから煙が出てきました。発火することはありませんでしたが、髪が長い人が長時間使用したら危ないと思います。
私がチェックアウトした時はフロントは閉まっていましたが、カウンターの上には昨晩チェックインしたであろう人の個人情報が書いてある紙が置きっぱなしでした。
もう2度と行きません。

安いし必要なものはみんな揃っているし、正直価格でサービス面は期待していなかったのでお得感がすごかった。

電車の音がなかなか聞こえてしまうのとドアの閉まりが悪いことだけで他は満足😊

二度と使わない
Pros:

やすい

Cons:

・4人家族でファミリールームで予約したが、実際には2人1部屋にされた（予約には書いてあるし、そうだと思って行ってるからマジでありえん）
・冷蔵庫付きの部屋とも書いてあるのに2部屋とも冷蔵庫なし
・アメニティーがなし（事前に書いてあったりしたら、準備したのに二度手間）

Friendly staff. Very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay by an additional day.
Pros:

This was a perfect hotel for me to decompress after a 14 days of roadtripping and photoshoots. I did not feel guilty staying in the room for 30% of the daytime.

Pros:

The old lady was so sweet and kind, she was helpful. The hotel also located near the station, restaurants, and konbinis, so you don't need to worry. The room also quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

First night is good, but in the second night, I don't know where it came from, I felt that so many dust in the blanket and my allergy came.
