URBAN Al Khoory Hotel

The staff was very friendly. They helped make accommodations for my dairy allergy. The stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed the new year’s celebration. Our server Ahmad at the restaurant was very warm and friendly.

Everything was comfortable and nice. Especially the Restaurant and the Hotel Service.

Location wise it's placed well. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The size of the room is a bit small. Also the lighting in the room could be better. The buffet spread was good. The service given by Nikita at the Spices was excellent and very polite. Definitely an asset for the hotel.

Excellent location, we are 10 minutes from the center, very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, super friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and functional rooms, the price is reasonable, the cleanliness is very good, nothing is dirty in the hotel, always clean and tidy, the facilities are well soundproofed, the service is incredible and of very high quality.

First I want to wholeheartedly thank Mr. Shanawaz and Mr. Ahmad who work at the restaurant in Urban Al Khoory Hotel. I traveled a lot, bur have never seen so kind and attentive people like them. They were very professional and always ready to assist with everything. They are attentive to every detail and solely they made our stay in the hotel feel warm and good.
I also want to thank Mr. Najeeb for his patienxe during check in process and Mr. WaiYan for all his great assistance. I think they are going to remember room 309 who had so many questions and requests. Guys, thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. You were amazing!

Well pleasant with the service and staff of the hotel.
Location wise are good and nearby to groceries store.
Room is nice and great space.
Housekeeping staff is very helpful and friendly even they are tired.
Food is great especially the fried rice, i love it. Appreciate the level of service the staff put in especially Nikita from spices section. Without fail she will greet and serve us diligently.

We had a wonderful experience at Urban Al Khoory. The location is very convenient, especially with a supermarket close by, which made everything so easy for us. The staff were extremely attentive to our needs and always ready to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job ensuring the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The front desk team also deserves appreciation for assisting with our requests promptly and professionally. A special mention goes to Nikita from F&B, who truly made our breakfast experience exceptional. She always ensured we were well taken care of by checking in on us and thoughtfully provided options and alternatives. She is very polite, professional, and attentive, truly a gem fot Urban Alkoory.

Urban Al-Khoory Hotel has big rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel service is very good and on point. The Spices Restaurant provides good set of breakfast meals daily. Service by Nikita and John at the restaurant is very commendable. Nikita went all to way to provide us with personal services that made us feel warm and relaxed.
