La position de l’hôtel face a l’océan, le grand parking, les restaurants du rez de chaussée
Séjour prévu avec un petit déjeuner : premier matin buffet bien fourni. Deuxième matin : plus de buffet et un feuille photocopiée pour menu avec un choix très restreint. Les odeurs de friture dans tout l’hôtel. La douche capricieuse avec l’eau chaude. Pas de notice pour le chauffage.

La atención en restaurante por la tarde el día de ayer fue malísimo el servicio me tuve que retirar nada que ver con la atención de las demás personas que fue excelente

Buffet had limited menu
The food was great. Hotel was very clean.
It is right infront of the beach. You just have to cross the busy street.
Staff was not responsive when asked for basic items such as towels. It took two days to get extra towels even though the room was reserved for 4 people.
Food was good and the hotel shows us as food included however there is an extra fee and it only cover two people not the entire party. There is a different menue and quantity of food provided to those that have the "free food" vs paying.
Hotel staff was not forthcoming with information or safety practices after receiving a tsunami warning. There was a tsunami warning during our stay.
My card was also charged one month after my stay. Had to cancel the card due to fraud and the charge was from the hotel.
el trato del personal la atención cfue muy buena la recepcionista nos llevó hasta la habitación y nos mostró toda la habitación y el personal De limpieza muy cordial y atento y en el restaurante lo mismo las meseras la recepcionista el chef todos muy atentos y serviciales , la comida riquísima (el cwviche otro nivel )
no me gustó que no me pude quedar más días pero proxi.ante serán 2 noches mínimo

El clima no favoreció para hacer uso de la alberca
Me gusto el excelente servicio y la habitación estaba muy limpia.
No me gusto que salía muy poca agua de la regadera y no llegaba a una temperatura caliente si no tibia.
