Bathroom door and toilet seat broken. Hot water for shower non-existent. Breakfast was cold everyday. Silverware was dirty. In general the breakfast area was not clean. Hotel was run down in general. I stay frequently at Homes2 Suites and normally enjoy my stay. This particular property reeks of neglect and a willingness to settle for sub-standard marks across the board.

Water pressure for showering, etc was not adequate! Water was Luke warm at best and when these two areas were brought to hotel staff different stories emerged! This needs to be fixed immediately!
Staff were awesome and rooms were clean. Bathrooms did not have ventilation fans, the sliding door did not lock at all and immensely poor insulation. I could hear the couple 3 doors down as well as in the hallways. It was an okay stay, just didn't sleep all too well.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean.
Check in was quick and easy - we arrived about 8pm. However, when we got to our floor, there were several items outside of rooms lining the hallway - a pile of linens and towels, large bags of trash, etc.
When we were about to go to bed at 11pm, we lost all power in the room....called the front desk, she came up and flipped the fuse multiple times with no luck. While she was readying a new room for us, we unplugged our four phone/ipad chargers and small travel fan and regained power when she tried the fuse again. She advised she would leave the new room keys for the night staff should we have any further issues. Had no further issues throughout the night. The piles and bags were still in the hall in the morning.
Breakfast was disappointing - we were in town for an early soccer match for our son, so this was a convenience the kids looked forward to. Went downstairs around 7:30 - there was no oatmeal, they were out of regular coffee and the yogurt machine was also out. They were waiting for maintenance to arrive at 8 to replace the part in the machine to be able to refill the yogurt. Green apples was the only fruit available.
Overall, the room was clean and had plenty of room for our family and the kids enjoyed an evening swim in the pool. Convenient location, easy to find and near to our destination.
