Breakfast was horrible and how they charge you $20 for parking when the cars not parked in the garage. The staff members were charging customer different prices. In order to get clean towels the guest has to take the dirty towels to the front desk.
Good location and good breakfast
They attempted to charge a card 3-4 hours before check in when pay at property was selected and had never happened or been a issue before and didn’t call before canceling our stay but lied and said they called 3 times was rude about it and argumentative we decided to rebook here which was a mistake as the pool was down the entire time and the bathrooms downstairs were dirty didn’t have toilet paper and had dirty towels just in the floor by the toilet have stayed here multiple times and even written them a good review previously but this stay was subpar
The beds were comfortable. The water was hot.
There wasn't any luggage dolly available the entire stay and we had several bags that made multiple trips. The room service didn't clean the rooms nor did they make the beds the entire stay. They only brought clean towels. There was hair all over the bathroom from previous guest. The parking was extremely limited and you're forced to pay for parking as a guest which doesn't make sense. This was the worst experience I've had for a business trip. My time in the room was limited due to a busy schedule or else I'd have photos.
