We recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Nayara Bocas del Toro, and our experience was nothing short of unbelievable. Having traveled all over the world—including the Maldives, which we thought would be impossible to beat—we can now say with confidence this is our number one destination.

The service and food were by far the best we have ever had in our lives. The property is spotless, stunning, and so peaceful that it instantly puts you at ease. On the day of our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable, and we will cherish those memories forever.

The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning for our 11th anniversary.

If you’re looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is the place.

Amazing time across the board staying at both the Treehouse and the Ocean Villa for the week. The attention to the details made this an experience like no other. The treehouse created a one-of-a-kind experience especially with the views and birds around the island. Highly recommend doing both. The service staff were extremely kind and attentive to all needs with a caring spirit of service. The housekeeping staff kept the places immaculate each day. The food quality was exceptional, especially at dinner each night in the Elephant House. The focus and creativity of each meal along with the unique presentation each night really made it special. The soups and main course served each night were absoutely the best we have ever experienced. A special thanks to the staff that made us feel very special and exhibited the gift of hospitality. Outstanding service really shined through Gilberto, Andrea, Mikeal, Franco, Ruby, Carlos, Victor, Liz, Williams, Sherill, and so many others! If you desire an intimate, unique resort experience that you will never forget, this is your place!

Incredible time at Nayara. Enjoyed our villa, the staff was top notch, food was great especially at Elephant house and we loved the room service ordering on the tablet was so easy and convenient. Only sad part is we wish we had stayed longer than 3 days. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I just returned from a five night stay at Nayara. The amazing reviews you read prior to your arrival will be met with complete accuracy. We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the treehouse where we enjoyed three of our five nights. We spent our final two nights in the overwater villa which was incredible as well. We’ve traveled to many destinations in the past, but have never been met with such kindness and the willingness of the Nayara staff to go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. Every staff member we met exceeded our expectations. Carlos, Franco, Cheryl, Jesus, Ruby, Jenny and my buddy from Venezuela all made a lasting impact on us that we will always remember. We can’t wait to see you again!

Staying at this overwater villa was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care were unparalleled—they truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

The villa itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility that’s hard to put into words. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having the ocean right at our doorstep was pure magic. The attention to detail in the villa’s design and amenities made it feel like a luxurious haven.

What truly set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional staff. Every request was met with enthusiasm and care. They surprised us with personalized touches that made us feel so special, from beautifully curated meals to thoughtful gestures that showed how much they cared about our comfort and happiness.

This spot hits the sweet spot. It’s not too challenging to get to. But once you’re there you’re a world away.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating but they also give you plenty of space and privacy.

Excellent experience. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Nayara. Staff was excellent. We had a little travel hiccup before we arrived, but the experienced staff quickly fixed the problem.All the staff were excellent and always happy to help. We cant wait to go again. Just FYI you have to take a domestic flight to get to Bocas Del Torro from Panama city. The food was excellent and the snorkeling. If you want to just get away from the business of every day living this is the place for you.

Hermosa propiedad. Por lejos el mejor hotel boutique que hemos visitado en Bocas del Toro y probablemente en toda Panama. La atención es A1, dedicada, personalizada y muy profesional. Estuvimos en las villas sobre el agua y también en una de las casas árbol (treehouse), ambas espectaculares. Experiencias totalmente diferentes. Vale la pena conocer ambas. Aparte de la belleza arquitectónica y natural del lugar, la gastronomía es una de las mejores cosas de Nayara. Todos los dias un menú diferente. El paquete all inclusive incluye comidas y bebidas premium y room service las 24 horas. Muy recomendable. Definitivamente volveremos.
