Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and communicated well. Reception and customer service was first class.

Cons:

I suggest an iron and small ironing board would be useful in the room.

Good choice overall
Pros:

Nice big room.Hot shower.

Cons:

The staff need supervising.They are pretty clueless.5 people working the coffee machine ,25 mins later still no coffee...room door left open for 3 hours by negligent staff.But some of them did have some initiative and did try to be helpful.
