Pros:

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione ed è molto bella. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. Una menzione speciale per il ragazzo della colazione Ricardo che è veramente professionale e super gentile. La colazione è buona e di qualità.

Cons:

Per il tipo di struttura dovrebbero avere un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia. Il mio comodino nero lucido in 4 giorni non è mai stato spolverato o pulito e questo non va bene perché all’ultimo giorno era pieno di polvere. Altra cosa l’attenzione alle lenzuola. Quando ho fatto il check un cuscino aveva due aloni neri e un’altro era pieno di piccoli buchi dati dal fatto che il tessuto era consumato. Ho chiesto di cambiarli e lo hanno fatto ma non dovrebbe succedere in un boutique hotel. Ultima pecca la mancanza di un bar in struttura.

Zentrales Boutique-Hotel in Lissabon
Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und ansprechend. Obwohl das Hotel nicht in bester Lage liegt, ist es dennoch zentral gelegen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Alles in allem war es gut.

Dobra lokalizacja i miła obsługa, ale nie zdecydowalibyśmy się na ten hotel drugi raz.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, miła obsługa, codzienna wymiana ręczników, bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Pokój nosił ślady zużycia- brudna wykładzina i zasłony. W telewizorze zablokowane funkcje smart tv co negatywnie wpłynęło na jakość naszego pobytu. Bardzo mały wybór warzyw na śniadaniu- pomidor i ogórek były nieświeże lub po prostu niedobre.

Very good location, good and friendly stuff. Clean room

Cons:

The room was very small and very noisy, we couldn’t sleep , we could hear every car that was passing by. The breakfast buffet was very little.
