El hotel está muy bien decorado , es muy cómodo, mucho ambiente en la zona , buena ubicación para ir caminando .llegamos agotados y nos dieron la habitación un poco antes de la hora .

Прекрасно място,направено ,с любов! Интериорът е като в театър кабаре!
Единственото забележка беше за гледката от стаята,гледаше към вътрешния двор,а бяхме резервирали към реката!

Pros:

Location and the room. The design is bold and unexpected. The beds are comfy and the room is cleaned every day. Coffee machine in the room and fridge.

Cons:

Breakfast: The staff seems to need additional food safety training. The tomatoes were stale and tacky, and the cucumbers appeared to have been cut several days earlier and were very dehydrated. Additionally, a staff member touched the coffee beans in the coffee machine directly with their fingers.

Il bagno privo di bidet. Per la verità, c’è un tubo con rubinetto al lato del water che se si prova a utilizzarlo si rischia di allagare la stanza

Pros:

The room was so clean. The attendant Anna and Nadja were so hospitable especially Anna. She makes sure we are comfortable during our stay and explained everything to us.

Cons:

They locked the thermostat need to tell them eventhough the key card is on.

Polite staff. Comfy bed with full linens. Centrally located. Good communication via whatsup. Decent soap and shower gel. Free bottle of water. Fridge in the room. Personal welcome note was a nice touch. But...

Cons:

The room was rather small even though it is called "superior". The sink is located in the living area (inside the room, not in the bathroom). Only one chair in the room, but no table whatsoever (unless the window sill is to serve as a table, which is not the best idea). Tea/Coffee machine with no matching glasses (to prepare coffee, you need to remove the container for used capsules). Breakfast enough but nothing special. And the cleaning service or rather no cleaning service - I left the room after 8:00 am and lighted green light which meant "please clean up". When I returned before 3:00 p.m., the room had not been cleaned. As I needed privacy and rest after a long day, I turned on the red light which meant "do not disturb". Perhaps the cleaning service tried to arrive later while I was resting in my room. Generally, this is quite an unusual situation for a four-star hotel.
