We arrived 3.30AM, left 10 AM.

Cons:

It was so dirty. Food leftovers in the sink, bugs everywhere, hair and other dirty spots in the sheets.

Only a Hazmat suit would make me feel comfortable sitting in the dirty sofa.

Pros:

We needed a night near the bus station and to do our laundry. Happy House was perfect. Ms Loan met us at the entrance and showed us round using Google translate. The front door operates using a thumb print which was super easy. She is very kind and sweet and wanted to make sure everything was ok for us. We had booked the studio but she upgraded us to the apartment. The apartment was mostly clean, a bit of dust on light fittings but the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. And the fact we managed to get all our washing clean and dry in one night was amazing. Thank you to Ms Loan for our last minute booking. We would happily book again for more nights if we were in the area as it was quiet and amazing to have an entire apartment to our selves.

Cons:

No major dislikes. It was fine just needs a bit of dusting. An anti slip mat in the bathroom would also be useful.

Quiet and well-located apartment with kitchen and washing mashine. Not new but ok for this price
Pros:

It is a very good located appartment, very nice and quiet place. The rooms are not new and super clean but are ok to stay there for a couple of days, espesially for this price which is much cheaper comparing to many other hotels in Hanoi that don't even have a kitchen and a washing mashine, and for us it was very important.
