Pros:

Мы выбрали этот отель как кратковременную остановку на пути в национальный парк Яла. Возможно в следующий раз мы бы остановились на пару дней, так как вокруг отеля мы обнаружили места, где потрясающее разнообразие птиц и животных. Что касается отеля и нашего проживания там: чувствуется, что отель сейчас переживает не самые лучшие времена, хотя обслуживающий персонал очень старается поддерживать высокий уровень обслуживания. Начиная от приема и заканчивая проводами гостей. Мы чувствовали себя королевскими особами, потому что кроме нас других постояльцев мы не видели ) Мы жили в номере с выходом к бассейну. Номер достаточно просторный, чистый, с кондиционером. Ортопедические матрасы на кроватях были удобными, но подушки были большими, моя шея немного затекла. Ванная комната была чистой, с хорошим напором горячей воды, лежали всякие полезные мелочи для гостей: мыло, шампунь, шапочки для купания и даже одноразовая бритва с гелем для бритья. Бассейн был чистый, и даже присутствие там нескольких маленьких милых лягушек не мешало моему мужу наслаждаться купанием. Мы ужинали и завтраками в отеле. Еда была свежей, вполне съедобной. Завтрак скромный, но нам хватило.

Cons:

Своему мужу я сказала, что отель похож на усталого слона. Величественное большое здание, огромная территория, но на всем лежит отпечаток легкой усталости и запустения. Возможно владельцам для возрождения былого величия стоит рассмотреть вопрос изменения бизнес-стратегии. Сейчас во всем мире очень многие люди интересуются наблюдением за птицами, почему бы не привлечь таких туристов, организуя экскурсии с этой направленностью. Можно так же внести изменения в оформлении парка, посадить несколько фруктовых и красиво цветущих деревьев, для привлечения птиц, чтобы постояльцы могли наблюдать за ними даже не выходя за территорию отеля. Можно так же поставить пару кормушек, которые местные птицы будут посещать, и гости вашего отеля смогут наслаждаться наблюдением за птицами и животными. Во время нашего путешествия по Коста-Рика в каждом отеле, где мы останавливались такие кормушки были и это очень привлекает туристов, любящих природу.

Hôtel sans "plus" mais très bien pour un passage

Belle vue depuis la terrasse
Douche chaude.

Cons:

Hôtel vétuste. Finitions a revoir. Taches sur les draps. A cause de cela ça paraît "sale"
Buffet petit déjeuner sans surprise.

Mooie locatie aan het meer. Rustige plek

Cons:

Kamer die we geboekt hadden konden we niet krijgen omdat het hotel die info niet korrekt van booking heeft ontvangen. Erg jammer. Hotel heeft ons wel andere kamer gegeven die beter was maar uiteindelijk niet voldeed aan de oorspronkelijke boeking. Geen bad en geen uitzicht op het meer. Ontbijt verwacht je voor safari te kunnen krijgen maar niet dus alleen take away.

Super tolle Betreuung

Ein ganz tolles Erlebnis, der Direktor hat uns eine private Safari organisiert, und da wir nicht genügend Bargeld hatten für den Eintritt, den Betrag vorgelegt, echt super!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten den Pool für uns alleine. Alles, was wir brauchen, wurde toll organisiert, wir sind begeistert. Der Direktor war immer anwesend und hat geholfen.

Convenient stop enroute
Pros:

Staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The facilities were a bit dated but were clean. The ground floor had direct access to the pool which was very convenient. Staff were very attentive and quick to respond. The gentleman in the dining area was helpful and kind.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated. There didn't seem to be too many guests so they had a limited food menu. We also arrived after 6 pm and given the remote location would recommend preordering dinner before arrival if you have a late check in.

Superb!!!
Pros:

Amazing find - a definite factory reset location. Very close to National park in a very rural area. After an amazing safari we spent the remainder of our two days chilling by the pool.

Cons:

Not a dislike but an observation, Wi-Fi only works in restaurant / reception areas not a problem to us as it helped us escape from the world
