It was very basic not even a toaster. Had to buy one. The fridge door was broken. So you could not have bottles on the door. Not even wine glasses had to buy them ourselves. No plastic glasses for using outside. The decking outside had a large whole that had been there for a while according to previous reviews. The kitchen was less than basic and really not safe no fire safety in the place. There was outside storage that was full of mouldy old rubbish. I would not recommend this place for any body that has children as the wiring in the place was not up to any standards of the uk. It rained a couple of nights and we had to mop up the living area in the morning as it was coming in through the windows and under the door. There is no oven in the kitchen. So if you were thinking of making a meal forget it. If it was not for the pool area which could badly do with brush up the place would have been a huge let down. The outside table was actually the size of the deck and you could not sit round it safely because of the whole and the slope outside. So if you are looking to stay in Garda look somewhere else.l know things in Italy are very traditional but this place was very vey basic We left the toaster and plastic glasses some mugs So hopefully the owners left them and had a think about what else the place needed.

De uitrusting van de keuken leek wat minimaal, maar die hadden wij niet nodig omdat we iedere dag uit eten gingen

Die Küchen Utensilien waren etwas dürftig

In de beschrijving stond dat het appartement op de begane grond zou zijn, dit was niet het geval, het appartement lag op de bovenste verdieping ongeveer 30 treden op verdeeld over 3 trappen. Hierdoor hadden we wel uitzicht over de olijfbomen heen op Garda en het meer maar als je slecht ter been bent heb je wel een probleem. De keuken is iets hoger gelegen (3 treden) dan de woon- en slaapkamers en badkamer. Geen oven en vaatwasser aanwezig, wel 2 koelkasten waarvan 1 nauwelijks koelt. Deur grote koelkast zou eigenlijk omgedraaid moeten worden ( wat altijd zeer eenvoudig kan) omdat je nu als je niet uitkijkt met je hoofd tegen het schuine dak aankomt. Bad is alleen te gebruiken als douche, omdat de stop ontbreekt.

Air conditioning is good in the apartment but doesn’t reach the main bedrooms so bit hot for sleeping

Die Moskittos, haben sehs stark uns gestochen, Mittel dagegen haben nicht geholfen.

On our arrival we discovered that the key to get in apartment hadn't been left in key box , trying to contact staff on given number the lady answered but had no key saying she has to contact manager to get the key to us ,but manager wouldn't answer, so we ended up waiting literally on doorstep with all our luggage and small child over an hour .
The apartment was very very hot , there is one air conditioning unit between 2 beedroms fitted on top of bathroom door , even shutting door to loving room this little unit wasnt anywhere near enough to cool rooms off for any kind of comfortable sleep , due to lack of air conditioning we couldn't really cook or spend any time having any meals in apartment, so eneded up going out to eat every time

TV didnt work reported first day was told a technician would come , they never did no TV all holiday. HOt water only worked for shower whilst you ran the tap and even that was intermittent. Asked for more towels and toilet paper told 100 euros for the 5 of us staying!

Very difficult to get in contact with the staff, not enough sheets, very warm to sleep in the living room when only air conditioning in the sleeping room
