Helt sikkert en engangsforestilling - og ingen anbefalinger.

Det var meget svært at se på hjemmesiden, hvordan de egentlige forhold var på stedet (lidt et skodværelse).
Der er heller ikke nævnt noget om selvbetjening nogen steder.
Det var først efter at have booket (uden mulighed for refundering) at vi fik besked på, at der skulle betales for parkering.
Efter at have betalt for parkering kommer der en melding om, at der også kan parkeres gratis - rigtig dårligt.
Alle advarsler om alt det, vi ikke må, kommer først efter booking.
Havde vi kendt til disse ting, havde vi ALDRIG booket dette sted.

Det var svært at komme ind på hotellet. Deres system virkede ikke rigtig, selvom vi havde lavet check in hjemmefra. Så vi brugte 30 min på at komme ind. Hotellet er meget slidt.
Morgenmaden var også meget skuffende, der var et meget lille udvalg til den pris.

Cons:

Avoid this nightmare hotel! The self-check-in system is a complete disaster. The door codes didn’t work, there was no staff on-site to help, and nobody answered the phone despite repeated calls. Several guests were left stranded, with some giving up and booking another hotel. I waited for hours in the rain before finally getting access to my room. Even though it’s cheap, it’s absolutely not worth the stress. I’d honestly rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Avoid at all costs!

Hotel vagten var meget flink og behjælpelig

Cons:

Det var næsten umuligt at komme ind på hotellet da deres system ikke snakker godt sammen med booking.com og der var lavet indtjekning hjemme fra der kom bare aldrig en bekræftelse
Jeg havde ikke fået det dobbelte værelse jeg først havde bestilt og endte med et enkelt værelse
Værelset var meget koldt selv om der var tændt for radiatoren
Morgenmaden var ikke de 120 kr. Vær

At vi ikke kunne komme ind på hotellet og på vores værelse, da vi ankom. En anden gæst måtte lukke os ind og der lugtede forfærdeligt gammelt og det var beskidt. Vi døjede med at kunne komme ind på vores værelse i ca 1 time, hvor der endelig kom koder. Det eneste vi kunne var at bestille parkering og morgenmad. Det blev for meget for os og vi valgte at køre den lange vej hjem i stedet for. Så tak for en ikke god oplevelse. Pengene var spildt og det dårligste, som vi nogensinde har oplevet.

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience at Hotel Østersø – I Cannot Recommend It

My experience with Hotel Østersø was extremely disappointing, and I honestly believe this will be my last time booking a room there.

I booked a room at 16:20 and drove to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was instructed to scan a QR code and provide my personal information, driver’s licence details, and credit card information. After completing the process, I was told to wait for my room number and access code.

The hotel eventually sent me the room number but failed to send the access code. I contacted them several times by message and tried calling, but nobody answered. I could only hear a recorded voice message. Despite explaining that I could not access my booked room, I received no helpful response.

I waited from 19:30 until 20:30, hoping the hotel would resolve the issue. Nothing happened. I eventually had to leave without being able to enter the room. Shockingly, the access code was only sent after I had already left.

What is the point of giving a guest a room number without providing the code needed to enter the room?

I contacted Booking.com for assistance. Thankfully, Booking.com helped me find another place to sleep. This was extremely important because, without their assistance, I might have been forced to sleep in my car despite having paid for a hotel room.

I was particularly disappointed by the response that the hotel could not meet my expectations. I had no unreasonable or special expectations. I simply expected to receive the information necessary to access the room I had booked. Providing a room number and access code on time is a basic responsibility, not a luxury.

Unfortunately, this was not my first bad experience with Hotel Østersø. During a previous stay in winter, my room was freezing cold. I reported the problem and was told someone would come to check it, but nobody ever came. I was left to spend the night in a cold room without the assistance I had been promised.
