Pros:

Turned up and they denied any booking was made. Lost what we paid, had to pay more just for 2 nights as we just arrived in india and were desperate. Charged us double the actual price advertised online and laughed in our faces. The surrounding area is disgusting, words cannot describe what a sh**hole this hotel is located in.
