The staff were brilliant, very friendly and supportive.but couldn't help thinking they were understaffed for the amount of work taken on with evening parties
This is a budget hotel without parking. Parking anywhere on the road or designated parking is a real nightmare. Wouldn't recommend trying.
The staff were friendly and supportive trying their best to understand English needs. For example English Tea.
Had to ask for Website Codes and then they didn't work.
Quite place. Nice view from the balcony into the valley and the river, Ask for room on this side of the hotel, not the street side. The assador {BBQ}, if they operate it, ids mouth watering.
The furniture and apliances are a litte bit old and need up grating. The light switch on the the one bedside didn't work. The receptionist, although very friendly and courteous is overworked and forgets therefor what you have asked her for. She works in the cafeteria too. The location is so so. You need to navigate steep streets and staircases to reach it. But many places in Montenejos are on steep locations. It's an mountain town. Parking on the street only and near the hotel therefor can be nightmarishl.
