Funcionários gentis e atenciosos, especialmente o Alexandre. Bom café da manhã. Limpeza. Localização

Cons:

Chuveiro pessimo com água quentíssima ou fria. Colchoes e travesseiros muito moles. Frigobar não funcionava. Roupa de cama e banho precisando de renovação.

Hotel in Ordnung mit leider unzumutbarem Chef
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an sich schön und hat absolut Potenzial für mehr - insb. die Anlage mit dem Garten & Pool, das Frühstück und die Lage sind sehr gut für einen Städtetrip in Tiradentes.
Das Economy Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage können wir nicht empfehlen, gab aber leider nichts anders mehr (nicht schlimm)

Cons:

Wir sind direkt nach der Buchung und auch beim CheckIn vom Chef mehrmals bedrängt worden die booking.com Reservierung zu stornieren und direkt bei ihm zu buchen. Auf die Buchung wird vor Ort eine “Tax” für das Personal aufgeschlagen die dann in etwa dem Rabatt entspricht, den man bekommt, wenn man storniert. Weder die Tax noch das Vorgehen fanden wir in Ordnung, dennoch haben wir uns gegen ein Stornierung entschieden.
Uns hat das ganze Vorgehen ein unbehagliches Gefühl für den Aufenthalt gegeben und wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können es auch nicht empfehlen. Die teilweise sehr persönlichen Reaktionen auf ehrliche Kundenbewertungen im Internet bestätigen den Eindruck.

Pros:

O quarto, apesar se não ter ar-condicionado, era fresquinho e muito limpo. As roupas de cama branquinhas e travesseiros macios e cheirosos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com: café, leite, capuccino, 2 sabores de sucos, iogurte, 4 tipos de frutas, pães diversos (caseiro simples, caseiro recheado, pão de forma... ) pãode queijo, 3 tipos de bolo, frios, ovo, geleias, cereais... A pousada tem piscina e a equipe é muito solícita.

Een niet al te toffe ervaring.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en onberispelijk.

Cons:

We boekten een ruime kamer, maar kregen een piepklein kamertje, zonder enig comfort. Bij navraag bleek de geboekte kamer weggegeven aan een grotere groep. Aangezien de kamer ons helemaal niet beviel, kortten we ons verblijf met 1 dag in, al had het wel wat overredingskracht en de hulp van Booking.com nodig vooraleer de eigenaar akkoord ging het geld van de geboekte nacht terug te geven. Uiteindelijk betaalden we de prijs voor 1 nacht in een 30m2 kamer en sliepen we in een kleine onconfortabele “cel”
