We enjoyed the quiet, yet central location. The hotel was comfortable overall.
Pros:

The woman who helped check us in, had to also maintain all the rooms, etc. While she was extremely hardworking, she had too much responsibility and so we didn’t feel taken care of fully. This was no fault of hers, however.

Lovely, well needed break!
Pros:

Amazing location! Best night sleep I’ve had in years, aircon was incredible in the hot weather.

Cons:

The only small issue we had was that the room was on the top floor of the building and there was no lift. Getting to the top in 30 degree heat wasn’t ideal! Only a small irk and wouldn’t put us off coming back.

Great well appointed apartment in the heart of Windsor
Pros:

Excellent location in the town centre, close to train station. Large room that had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Only stayed 2 nights and room was cleaned and towels replaced after first night. Will stay here again
