Lovely boutique style hotel in the heart of Windsor
Pros:

Great customer service, comfortable spacious room, incredibly clean.

Cons:

No USB outlets, toilet roll holder loose, check-in instructions weren't clear long enough before arrival so I didn't realise I needed a door code after hours to get in

Decent for one night, but wouldn't return.
Pros:

Housekeeper was friendly. Bathroom was decent. Room was nice size. All sorts of pillows was great.

Cons:

Room showed some wear, especially the carpet. Linens were clean, except there was a long dark hair on the top of the comforter. And in the corner near the door there was a massive clump of hair that looked like it had been there for days, weeks, months. Minifridge would be nice.

Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel was in the heart of Windsor , very close to the train station . Nice helpful staff , big enough room , comfortable bed . We stayed over the weekend and was aware that there is a night club next door , but we didn't hear anything . Plenty places to eat nearby , lots of shops , beautiful parks . After checkout we could leave our suitcases at the hotel for a few hours. Will definitely come back to Goswell House hotel when next in Windsor .

The Goswell House Hotel was a convenient place from which to enjoy Windsor and Eton.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and always made us feel we could ask them for any help any time.

Cons:

The view wasn't the nicest but we weren't worried about that.

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation in the heart of Windsor. Loved it!
Pros:

Location was fab. Lovely big room, nice and clean and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

There is secondary glazing - make sure it is closed, the bathroom window has some and was open which mean we could hear some street noise. It is fine if closed.

Amazing property in a fantastic location
Pros:

What a fabulous property. Great welcoming room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed and linens. Great host. Amazing location. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book here again.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We booked the room last minute and arrived before official check in. The manager put the heating on in the room for us, prior to getting out bags. So considerate. The room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was large and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect.

Cons:

There was an issue with the front door lock at the time we stayed and was planned for repair, so slightly concerned about security. But informed there was on site /oncall person staying there in case of issues.

Apart from the location I would not recommend staying here as definitely not worth the cost
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The noise at night, which explained the earplugs left in the room.
The front door lock was not working so anyone could have walked in.
The electricity went off half way through the night in one of our rooms, which meant the room was cold as well as dark. The manager tried to sort it but couldn’t, offered a different room but this was at 9am and we were checking out at 10am

I liked Goswell House. I will definately return next trip.
Pros:

Good central location, clean and well organised. Staff were very nice.

A little noisy outside at night ( principally Thursday, Friday & Saturday )
