Pros:

Personeel, ontbijt, kamer, ligging, zwembad: tophotel

Cons:

het zwembad was 2 dagen niet toegankelijk bij temperaturen van meer dan 38°. Er was een defect. We boekten dit hotel juist omwille van het zwembad rooftop. We betaalden voor deze luxe en dat viel dan tegen. We kregen een drankje ter compensatie. Helemaal niet tevreden.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

The property was traditional with modern decor. Beautiful! Staff were wonderful and treated myself and my son lovely. Location was great for exploring Valencia. The hotel also has bikes for hire, a great find given we were going to try to hire some.

La habitación excelente, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto, el desayuno muy bueno y el servicio excelente

Formal well kept hotel. Nice and clean
Pros:

Very well kept and a good central location. Room offered enough space for a break/holiday. Staff were polite and friendly. Pool and roof top terrace a nice amenity to have in a central location.

Cons:

Unable to go out into balcony to see the ‘city view’ which was disappointing. More sun loungers by the pool would be welcome.
