Zeker aan te bevelen!
Pros:

De locatie was echt perfect. Direct in het centrum maar je hebt er absoluut geen last van als je in je hotelkamer bent. De geluiden van buiten hoor je niet. Het zwembad op de bovenste verdieping was de grootste reden van mijn boeking en die stelde uiteraard niet teleur. Heerlijk even afkoelen na een dagje shoppen! Uitstekend hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goede kamer en lekker ontbijt. Wel duur ontbijt voor wat je kan krijgen maar dat is dan ook het enige klein minpuntje. Je had wat meer variatie gewild maar voor de rest prima. Erg blij met mijn bezoek!

Het ontbijt was erg duur en viel qua variatie en versheid van de broodjes soms wat tegen.

Pros:

Location is great really central. However, rooms are very tiny. Roof terrace nice for a quick cool off but have to be quick for a lounger as only 4!

Lovely central boutique hotel close to all the restaurants with great breakfast and roof terrace
Pros:

Great boutique hotel in a very central part of Valencia where you could walk to loads of restaurants and bars. Felt very safe and a lovely chilled atmosphere at the hotel

Cons:

Just needed a few more sunlounges at the hotel rooftop swimming pool!

Perfect central location to explore a lovely city

It’s a good location in central Valencia.

Cons:

We told the staff 3 times about the air conditioning.

Nothing was logged following our first complaint on the Saturday evening, followed up following a very sweaty Saturday night on Sunday morning as we went out exploring the city.

On our return before check out still not sorted.
Staff were surprised to note the error code I showed them from the control unit.

Considering how expensive the hotel was I expected better customer service when highlighting a fault.

Дизайн. Работа команды официантов за завтраком и у бассейна. Сам бассейн.

Cons:

1. Отсутствие должного внимания к жалобам постояльцев. Точнее, игнор. В номере 402 холодильник при работе сильно щелкает. Это не рабочий звук компрессора, а какая-то проблема. Обращение с проблемой к сотруднику в жилетке на ресепшен было бесполезным. Он посоветовал просто выключить холодильник.
2. Пыль на обоях. Очень заметно.
