Perfect central location to explore a lovely city

Pros:

It’s a good location in central Valencia.

Cons:

We told the staff 3 times about the air conditioning.

Nothing was logged following our first complaint on the Saturday evening, followed up following a very sweaty Saturday night on Sunday morning as we went out exploring the city.

On our return before check out still not sorted.
Staff were surprised to note the error code I showed them from the control unit.

Considering how expensive the hotel was I expected better customer service when highlighting a fault.

Дизайн. Работа команды официантов за завтраком и у бассейна. Сам бассейн.

Cons:

1. Отсутствие должного внимания к жалобам постояльцев. Точнее, игнор. В номере 402 холодильник при работе сильно щелкает. Это не рабочий звук компрессора, а какая-то проблема. Обращение с проблемой к сотруднику в жилетке на ресепшен было бесполезным. Он посоветовал просто выключить холодильник.
2. Пыль на обоях. Очень заметно.

Perfect location to walk around València.
Pros:

The property situation is perfect for walking around València. The staff are all very friendly, nothing too much trouble. The rooms are large and very clean.

Cons:

The pool area is small and cramped. Nice touch on a hot day but not enough space to sit around for too long.

Pros:

Location was good for exploring the old town

Cons:

The rooftop pool area is quite cramped with only 4 quite uncomfortable loungers and is shared with a bar and I felt quite awkward sitting in my swimwear right next to a group of fully clothed men. The padding on the loungers has no grip so you are always slipping down in a seated position. Possibly some screening separation would improve privacy for sunbathing if you are lucky enough to find a space. The bar staff were very good though and the terrace and bar are very attractive. For us we would have preferred somewhere with more outside space to relax after a busy day of exploring the town, so although the hotel was very nice we will choose a different location next time.

Wunderbares Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und exzellente Ausstattung. Es lässt sehr wenig Wünsche offen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage sehr schönes Gebäude, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Ausstattung. Pool auf dem Dach mit sehr guter Aussicht über die Stadt.

Cons:

Offenbar ist die Adresse für die Taxifahrer schwierig zu finden. Wir wurden mehrfach eine Strasse weiter abgesetzt und nicht direkt vor dem Hotel.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Gebäude und die Innenarchitektur sind sehr ansprechend. Der Rooftop Pool ist ein besonderes Highlight inklusive der Bar.
