Pros:

The people are welcoming, understanding and are always ready to help when one ask .

There is more work to be done such a fumigation

Not a hotel as it doesn't have night time check in
Pros:

Would'nt allow check in when I landed around 10pm. Don't book if you can't check in between 2 and 6pm. This check in policy isn't clear upon booking. Would skip and find something else.

DON’T EXPECT if the price is CHEAP!
Pros:

The stay (rate per day) was cheap but I rather choose a place to stay with good customer service than a cheap but with lousy and languid pace employees. It should be a daily change of linens but in my case, I stayed there for almost a week with the same linens all throughout my stay. They should initiate that kind of service. Overall, i’m not satisfied, I cant recommend this place to my colleagues. To be honest, what a shame! Sorry

Hindi maganda ang area, congested, hindi malinis, mabaho, my ipis.. hindi mabait mga staff nila. In short pangit ang area
