Pros:

Me ha encantado este hotel, cuando vuelva a Japón todas mis estancias en las ciudad en las que esté dicha cadena serán en este hotel. La atención, servicios, desayuno, habitación...todo un 10

Cons:

Obviamente los tamaños de las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero eso es algo que ocurre en casi todos los hoteles de Tokio, no lo considero un problema o algo que no me gustase

Güzel kahvaltılı konumu merkezi temiz otel
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydüve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Kahvaltı gayet çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Oda küçük olmasına rağmen Tokyo standartlarında yeterliydi. Günlük verilen bakim ürünlerini çok beğendik.

Pros:

ベッドが寝心地良かった。朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

ユニットバスで狭い。髪の毛が流れてくれなくてバスタブが髪の毛だらけになった。

Pros:

Location was surprisingly quiet for shinbashi. Still a short walk for the more active areas. Breakfast was nice , as well as the free bar and amenities. Nothing really to complain.

Cons:

A bit expensive for what you get. Though it was during new year, so it might have affected the price.

Pros:

フロントの対応が良かった。アメニティも充実していた。

Cons:

トイレのウォシュレットが前日は普通に作動していたが翌朝には全く作動しなくなった。
シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて流し終わるのにかなりの時間が掛かった。

Wenn wir wieder in Tokio sind, würde ich wieder ins gleiche Hotel gehen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume sauber. Bin vom Kissen begeistert. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof und diverse Läden und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Würde jedem das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Would stay again if on my own but not really big enough for two grown adults.
Pros:

Very clean and the staff were fantastic, The tea, coffee, water etc was great. Open bar from 6pm - 9pm. Toiletries available in foyer. Choice of pillows.

Cons:

Room was very small. There was a step up into the bathroom which was a bit hard for my 89 year old mother.
Bed was quite small too.
