Room service menu was excellent! Scallops were delicious. It was a full service hotel. I loved the parling garage accomidated over sized vehicle. (Ford F350 Platinum truck) Walking to restuarants and shopping was a bonus.
Under construction so some social areas in the hotel was closed.
Lovely facilities.
Cost. Would have been nice to have had breakfast included.

Loved the aesthetic of the hotel, the location and the restaurant/patio. Staff was excellent.
I did not get the room I reserved online-a King with a sofa. When I mentioned to front desk they said they don't have sofas on the top floor-but I did see sofas in other rooms. They brought us a hideaway bed which was fine but the room was small and there was nowhere to sit beside the bed or the office chair. Also, one of the sheets had a dirty stain that didn't appear to be laundered. We were given a small discount when we brought it to the staff's attention.
Zach Gish took really good care of Me and my family. He had really good manners and gave us some really good tips on where to eat locally!
Beautiful property and close to the market and other dining options
Outside the Director and one woman at the front desk, the rest of the front desk staff was not exceptionally friendly or accommodating. Vivante hostess very friendly but restaurant food service slow. Housekeeping staff and valet also very accommodating although housekeeping cleaning the floors visibly annoyed with people coming in from outside in snowy weather. Unable to get service in lounge one night but second night was great service.
Everything was really top notch. From the front desk, the concierge, and bar. Everyone was so very helpful and on point. Was super impressed with the Valet guy Zach. He had us in and out the whole time we were there! Great restaurant recommendation too!

A beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was very attentive, especially Sanai our valet. We had the nicest time visiting the Christ Kindl Markt.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great.
Our bed had a stain or spot under the pillow on the sheet. A dog was barking on and off. And a baby crying right next door. We were there for as a couple for a getaway and relax but it was not relaxing at all. To pay that much for one night was disappointing.
We love the Carmichael. We’re local but stay here for date nights a couple times a year. Such a nice treat! This time we visited the Carmel Christkindlmarkt

Zach in valet was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and divvy was a great experience a little bit too much salt, but it was OK.
Our hotel room was clean and with a comfortable bed! Nice lounge with good food and drinks I liked the champagne toast at 4PM
We came for a family visit, but was unsure of the area. The Valet Jaxon, was very knowledgeable about the area and where a good place was to watch the football game
Our valet, Jackson was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with directions and recommendations on places to shop and eat.
The valet gentleman Jaxon was great! Very friendly and accommodating! He assisted us with directions and answered any questions we had about the area!
The Carmichael is a great hotel in Carmel, Indiana. Jacoby, our valet, had the car waiting and ready for us along with two ice cold bottles of water. The experience couldn’t have been better.
