Owen is the GOAT
Pros:

Owen was incredible. He took care of us from start to finish. Hustler. You can have a gorgeous hotel, but if the valet is poor, bad experience from start to finish. Promote him!!!

Pros:

We appreciate the work of Anthony Fortuna. He was working the valet parking kiosk, and I saw him take the time to actually pick up tiny pieces of paper that were near the front door and the parking area. He is a great asset to the Carmichael hotel.

Was at the hotel to pick up a guest and had a chat with Anthony Fortuna at the Valet Parking kiosk.

He was quite helpful in answering questions about the hotel and its services.

Pros:

Loved the hotel all the staff was amazing especially the valet they were so quick to have my car out every time. Anthony was especially helpful with taking out bags up to our room and loading our car.

Location. Carmel doesn’t offer much during the evenings. The area looks and feels super artificial.

Love the hotel and Feinstein's!!!
Pros:

The hotel, lounge and jazz venue were first class! The food and service at Feinstein's were excellent. And of course, Morgan James(our reason for making the trek from Chicago)was phenomenal!!! I will come back again and again!!

Pros:

Room service menu was excellent! Scallops were delicious. It was a full service hotel. I loved the parling garage accomidated over sized vehicle. (Ford F350 Platinum truck) Walking to restuarants and shopping was a bonus.

Cons:

Under construction so some social areas in the hotel was closed.

Beautiful accommodations and excellent service
Pros:

Wonderful stay! The accommodations are beautiful and staff goes above and beyond. Seamless check-in/out process. Convenient location. Good coffee. Excellent service from valets Jack and Alex, who took great care of my car and helped with luggage.

Impeccable Service.
Pros:

Never have a bad experience with valet at Hotel Carmichael. They are always on time with my vehicle and they always leave a smile on my face when I leave. And a shout out to Alex for always helping me out when I need it! Always much appreciated!

Pros:

The hotel is fine aesthetically, great location, and no issues with cleanliness. Unfortunately, it was the most uncomfortable bed my husband and i had ever slept in. Our backs were sore the following day. Room service got our breakfast order wrong on 3 fronts. The room doors and showers doors were very loud and the walls thin, leading to lots of “thuds” throughout the night. We weren’t expecting Rosewood/Four Seasons level but we did expect better than a Hampton Inn. Ultimately, this hotel just was not worth the money or loss of sleep.
