Great value!
Pros:

Very good location, near Utsunomiya Station. Breakfast can become crowded, depending of the time, but if there are no places to seat, you are allowed to bring it to your room, so it is not much of a problem. Staff was really kind and helpful, but do not expect English support.

Cons:

I got a smoking room :/ But this was not the hotel's fault, I made a mistake when making my reservation. Just be aware, the smoking rooms are REALLY stinky (you can smell the cigarettes the second you step out of the elevator, in the hallway). I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, it was all booked for the week so I just had to endure it. Make sure to check the room type before booking!

利便性もよく快適、とても良い施設でした。安定の東横INNさんでした。

施設のきれいさ、清潔感、とても良く清掃いただいておりました。
朝食付き。エコ清掃。

Cons:

みなさん時間帯が重なるため、仕方のないことですがエレベーターがくるのに時間がかかる。時間に余裕をもって行動するのが良い。好みの問題ですが、自分には薄味でした。
