It was fantastic. Love it there.
Pros:

My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I like that they provide fresh new towels daily. You can have Coffee, tea from downstairs and also face cleanser etc. They also provide breakfast every morning too although I have not had my breakfast there due to my busy early morning schedule.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel is just right opposite Jr line Utsonomiya with plenty of restaurants, shopping etc, so convenient. I would stay here again coz I love it there I feel home.

Cons:

I like everything in this hotel. This is the number 2 tower. They also have a number 1 tower which is right next to the building.

次に宇都宮に行く時も泊まります。
Pros:

駅近でスタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

全ての説明書が、モニター（テレビ）なので機械オンチな私には紙で書かれた物を読む方が良い。
時代の流れだと思うのだが！

宇都宮駅近く
民間の駐車場も多数あり

Cons:

隣の部屋からの音が抜けて来る。
枕が柔らかい、低い
ベッドのマットが硬い
歯ブラシが硬すぎる
エアコンの吹き出しが騒音並みにうるさい
無料コーヒーの味が美味しくない
｛酸っぱい、熱すぎる）
無料朝食のご飯が美味しくない。
バサバサしてる
味噌汁は具沢山だか味が薄味
朝食では、納豆や漬物をなどがあれば良かった
