Una fragancia particular al entrar y también en el interior de las cápsulas.
La ubicación es genial y el personal fue cordial.
Que en los casilleros no entraban en conjunto la mochila de viaje y la carry on, había que elegir.

It was a fun experience to sleep in a capsule. The capsule had a good AC system and fun lighting options to choose from. The bathrooms were always quite clean and had a hairdryer available for everyone to use.
Our capsule was the very last one in the room, and the space between the lockers and the capsule was very tight. It was almost impossible to enter or leave the bed without making a lot of noise. That was also the main issue with the capsules, you could hear every noise whenever someone moved around in their capsule. But in the end, it’s a hostel, so we weren’t expecting too much.

Location is amazing, the capsules are a good size and everything seems clean.
You can hear everything (people moving in their beds, coming in/out, talking, etc.) which made me wake up several times during the night, so I didn't fully rest. I understand it's normal in a hostel, but with the capsules, you have the chance to make them soundproof... I think that's the only thing missing for this place to be a 10/10.

Que se escucha mucho el ruido que hace el resto y que la escalera para subir a la cápsula de arriba es incómoda.
Es un lugar al que no estamos acostumbrados, las cápsulas, están muy bien, un poco calurosas, aunque puse el aire, pasé calor, los servicios están muy limpios, y el resto de las instalaciones tambien. Tienen una sala de cine y un salón comedor, donde te puedes llevar tú propia comida y un pequeño frigorífico para dejar, le pones tu etiqueta y nadie lo toca. Tienes tes, cafés, y leche. 2 microondas y un hervidor de agua, el sitio es agradable.
Con los precios que tienen los hoteles, hostales y pensiones en Madrid, este lugar es una buena alternativa, cuando vuelva a Madrid volveré a Art Seven

Absolutely the worst hostel experience I have ever had. The entire place was filthy, smelly and felt completely neglected. The shared bathrooms are a complete nightmare — the showers are literally inside the toilet area, turning the whole place into a disgusting humid sauna. While I was showering, cleaners walked in and started mopping the floor around me with zero privacy or respect. Completely unacceptable.
The capsules are NOT soundproof at all. I could hear the man next to me loudly watching porn during the night. On top of that, there are apparently no rules regarding quiet hours because people were constantly coming and going until 3AM, slamming lockers and dragging luggage around. To make things even worse, the lockers are placed directly in front of the capsules, so every movement echoes through the entire room and makes sleeping impossible.
The mattress felt like sleeping on concrete and the bedding was cheap, uncomfortable and clearly low quality. There was also basically no air conditioning inside the capsule — I was boiling all night. Either the AC was broken or they deliberately turned it off to save money at guests’ expense.
When I complained to the receptionist during the night shift, she was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Her exact response was: “Call the police if you want, I can’t do anything.” That alone tells you everything you need to know about how little they care about guests.
This place is dirty, noisy, uncomfortable and badly managed. I would NEVER recommend this hostel to anyone unless you want sleepless nights, zero privacy and complete misery during your stay.
