Well maintained and convenient location
Pros:

This is a beautiful well-maintained facility. Nicely appointed room in the Guest house. Breakfast was wonderful prepared and included a great view of the valley

Sehr beeindruckend war der Service des Personals. Ich habe selten in einem Hotel so freundliches, hilfsbereites und kundenorientiertes Personal erleben dürfen. Ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeiterinnen- und Mitarbeitern dafür ganz herzlich bedanken. Komme gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Cons:

Ich habe beide Restaurants besucht. Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass es sich beim Burghotel um ein Gourmet-Restaurant handelt. Das war leider nicht so. Hier stimmen Preis-/Lesitung nicht überein. Die Brasserie ist vom Speiseangebot deutlich besser. Hier sollte aber das Preis-/Lesitungsverhälrnis auch einmal überdacht werden.

Uitzicht en omgeving.

Cons:

1 twee persoons bed op de site geboekt, maar waren twee één persoons bedden tegen elkaar aan. Ook geen balkon met uitzicht zoals omschreven. Spinnenwebben in de douche. Badkamer niet schoon. Restaurant is erg prijzig, voor de kwaliteit van het eten.

Lovely location and even better rooms!
Pros:

Beautiful location and very well designed rooms. The right balance between a castle feel with a modern touch, so it’s not over the top or understated. Friendly staff as well. Complimentary fruits and chocolate in the room was a nice touch!

Cons:

Nothing major, just a small something : The annex room was missing a hand soap likely missed out during housekeeping and we weren’t staying long enough to ask for it and managed with body wash. I’m sure it would have been fixed easily if asked.

Prachtig hotel!
Pros:

Alles eigenlijk. Waanzinnig wijds uitzicht vanaf de ontbijtzaal. Prachtig verzorgde kamers van alles voorzien. Attent personeel bij de receptie en bij het ontbijt.

Cons:

Alles is zo compleet maar wij misten alleen koffie / thee op de kamer.

Rundum sehr gute Adresse, lediglich bei der Matratzenqualität ist noch Luft nach oben

Wunderbare Lage, tolle Location, sehr gute Küche, schönes Ambiente

Cons:

Nur die Qualität der Matratze und dass es zwei Matratzen in einem Doppelbett (=Besucherritze) waren, hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht
