Excelente estadia.
Pros:

Tive uma excelente estadia no hotel Lefel, quarto muito aconchegante, televisão smart, cama muito boa, banheiro limpo e chuveiro quentinho. O quarto estava muito cheiroso e limpo e todo a estrutura do hotel muito bem cuidada.
Piscina aquecida e um excelente café da manhã com diversas opções.

Excelente opção na cidade de São Bento do Sul
Pros:

Localização perfeita, equipe educada, gentil e atenciosa. Quarto excelente em tamanho e limpeza muito boa. Estacionamento prático e bem fácil. Voltaria com certeza. Parabéns equipe do Hotel Lefel.

Continua um bom hotel! Mas dessa vez, algumas falhas...

O hotel continua com uma boa estrutura.
Bons quartos, camas confortáveis.
No geral estava dentro do esperado, como das outras vezes que fiquei, no entanto, dessa vez tiveram falhas.

Cons:

O café da manhã no sábado foi muito tumultuado.
O hotel não estava preparado para o movimento, chegou a faltar diversos itens por um bom tempo.
Na área da piscina, não havia toalhas disponíveis.
E minha toalha de banho, quando foi trocada, repuseram uma com manchas de sujeira mesmo (tipo mal lavado).
