Jessica was amazing and accommodating. She had an awesome attitude and gave me pointers for my stay. She set the scene for an awesome evening.
The bartender, Emily I believe, was a very sweet girl and was prompt with any orders as well as being professionally friendly.

No microwave in the rooms.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted with excellent service from Ben at the front desk. He made the check in process an amazing experience which carried over throughout my stay. The gym was great, the bar and food was great, and they things to do are in walking distance. I highly recommend and will be back if I’m ever in the area again.

The lobby was laid out with a nice bar area and even a pool table. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and also clean. Very good at a lower price than many in the area.
Excellent place to stay! Courteous and respectful staff, rooms are clean and tidy, beds are soft and comfortable, and a nice bar to hang out and chill.
I have been a long standing customer here in Knoxville, Tn at the Aloft for over 6 years now. The staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Ashley has been amazing for when I need any type of help with bookings things needed etc. Katrina in marketing has also taken care of any requests or far out bookings that I may need. Website is very easy but getting to know the people there is awesome. They are the ones who make it happen and make it special.
They bring in live music, pool parties, karaoke and singo for the guests.
The food is great from the appetizers to the pizza.
The bar is amazing and you always get to meet new mostly smiling faces.
Has a modern feel, liked it because it was pet friendly I didn't have my pet but good to know. Ben was very friendly and helped us find the best available rate. Excellent customer service!
Stayed and went to a live music event. The bar area was nice and the bartender Brian was great. I got the chance to meet the management team, Matt, Ashley, and Katrina. everyone was amazing. only major issue i had was the fact that the lobby was blazing hot. the ac didn't seem like it was working at all.

Concept but bar menu could be better
The cleaning staff has to be trained about the black mold growing around the shower area
TV would not work. Light over the sink didn't work.
The lady we worked with when we checked in at the front desk was really helpful. Our first room was not accessible as the battery to the door did not work, so we went back down and the lady at the check in desk was able to get us to another room quickly.
The beds were uncomfortable, the ac did not work, the water pressure in the sink was really bad, and the location was difficult to get to.
