It served it's purpose.
Pros:

Location & Staff. The room was reasonably priced and decent for the immediate need.

Cons:

Definitely can use a deep clean. Stained furniture in the room, half cleaned mirrors, very slow drains, hair on the floor and in the shower, less than half full body wash, mold in the shower - at the bottom of the shower doors and in the design creases on the shower wall. Bad touch up paint job in the halls and the rooms. Carpet REALLY needs to be cleaned especially when yall accept pets. Torn window treatments, spills and dirt on the side of the refrigerator. Very Clean and well Maintained. The beds were Very Comfortable. The staff was very Friendly and Helpful

Cons:

The only thing is we had to ask them to empty the trash and ask for towels
They didn't make the Beds

Blood on sheets
Pros:

We will never stay at this hotel again. Poor service. Rooms were dirty. One of my rooms had dried blood all over the sheets and the bathroom toilet did not work. They claimed that they were going to refund the room but they didn't. Instead they double charged both my rooms. We had a group rate for the SRAA nationals and they double charged both my rooms. Still trying to get this fixed. Worst hotel ever. Who knows if that blood on the bed had diseases or not. Disgusting.

Modern, clean, easy, close to amenities.
Pros:

Quick check in and check out, great room, close to so many amenities including UTK. It's ON I-40 so you will hear road noise but we didnt mind. Would absolutely stay here again and probably will!

Cons:

I would ask for the side of the hotel not facing I-40.

Pros:

The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower and room were clean. Great pillows.

Cons:

The lobby was dingy with stains on all of the carpets which was gross. The biggest issue was the location basically on I-75. The hotel sat at the entrance ramp so all night the sound of trucks and obnoxious muscle cars gearing up to enter the freeway rattled the windows. It was so loud! I couldn't sleep.

Best hotel on my four-day road trip!
Pros:

On a solo road trip from Austin TX to the East Coast this was my favorite stop of four overnights. Really good live music playing in the lobby, a bar with decent bar food, very nice room and comfy bed - loved the layout, a really reasonable dog fee compared to other hotels ... but best of all were the two very welcoming and helpful young people behind the desk. Big shout out to Jessica and Ben! You made my day!
