Pool, billiard table, bar staff!!!!
Front desk
Quick check in and check out, great room, close to so many amenities including UTK. It's ON I-40 so you will hear road noise but we didnt mind. Would absolutely stay here again and probably will!
I would ask for the side of the hotel not facing I-40.

They were short staffed so you could not check in till 6:00pm.

The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower and room were clean. Great pillows.
The lobby was dingy with stains on all of the carpets which was gross. The biggest issue was the location basically on I-75. The hotel sat at the entrance ramp so all night the sound of trucks and obnoxious muscle cars gearing up to enter the freeway rattled the windows. It was so loud! I couldn't sleep.
Location in regards to accessing highways was great

On a solo road trip from Austin TX to the East Coast this was my favorite stop of four overnights. Really good live music playing in the lobby, a bar with decent bar food, very nice room and comfy bed - loved the layout, a really reasonable dog fee compared to other hotels ... but best of all were the two very welcoming and helpful young people behind the desk. Big shout out to Jessica and Ben! You made my day!

I stayed overnight with my pet. Ben was extremely helpful with my accommodations and offerin assistance with my fur baby. g
I booked a hotel room last minute while on a long drive, and the experience was fantastic. Not only did Jessica accommodate me on short notice, but they went above and beyond by upgrading my room. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. I’m genuinely impressed with the service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m passing through!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. We were on the way to Nashville so great location outside of Knoxville to avoid morning traffic.

Our tv in the room didn’t work, no problem. We called and they sent somebody to look at it and they couldn’t fix it. They had us change rooms which we appreciated and they comped us breakfast. We thought it was very nice except the breakfast was a heated up sandwich in the microwave. Next time a type of food voucher would have been nicer
