It was close to the downtown tourist area
Pros:

It was easy to find. We did get a different type of room than I booked but they gave us free parking for the inconvenience.

We always stay at the SpringHill Suites.
Pros:

Bed,bath,couch and tv. Also the convenience of the first floor close to our car. We liked the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable.

The counter was too high.
