Wonderful, clean and very comfortable
Pros:

The location was fab, the apartments are really comfy and they thought of everything. Every detail is well planned and functional, the bathroom spacious, plenty space to store clothes and toiletries.

Cons:

Well, the staff could be a little more helpful and friendly. Most of them were but there is always one that ruins it for the rest. The fridge kept freezing the food but they made a note and I hope that during my next visit this will be sorted.

It fid what it said on the tin and was excellent for our purposes.
Pros:

Breakfast was substantial and varied selection. Good quality pastries. A/c was extremely good. Facilities in the room were excellent. Good towels! Staff very welcoming and efficient

Cons:

The scrambled eggs were a little dry for my taste.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Pleasant stay, convenient location to shops and restaurant and easy walk to London stadium. parking available at a reasonable price. aircon was fab when it was so hot outside.

Cons:

The parking was below you had to go in a car lift, space was tight and found it difficult to get back in the lift due to space.
Shower was not great.

Location, quietness, apartment was perfect and well put together. We stayed in the heatwave and the air con was a life saver.

Cons:

Check in was a bit delayed due to the room not being cleaned in time, staff on reception were quite stressed.
Once we were in though, it was perfect.

Lovely experience.
Pros:

The hotel is just a few minutes from the station and large shopping area. The apartment room was very clean and well organised. It had everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was excellent. Only a small area, but very well organised and lots of variety on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

thank you for the stay, we might visit this hotel again.
Pros:

We had a good stay at this hotel. we truly loved the room and airconditioning, along with the size of the room and bathroom. The facilities were good and we did enjoy our stay.

Cons:

we did feel like the staff at the reception wasn't too welcoming? one of the receptionist seemed so unenthusiastic about their job and unfortunately looked more tired than us at a point. ( we hope he's okay heheh ). We also felt like we had to ask a lot of questions to get answers, instead of getting all the information, but that's okay. We really liked the placement of the hotel and we were overall happy. The breakfast was lacking in vegetables though, so would recommend adding more of that. We feel like the breakfast we could've maybe skipped due to low variations but that's something we might do next time.
