Washing machine (w detergent) and dryer both in the room and free of charge. The room was very large. Great value.
I asked the desk clerk to call a restaurant that reportedly had limited English skill and make a dinner reservation. The clerk was polite but told me she was only allowed to call their restaurant partners. I was astounded by the response that was contrary to all other japanese hospitality (... I was really mad). I was polite to the clerk but the management should reevaluate their position.

Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación porque era muy grande y tenía cocina y lavadora con secadora (que secaba la ropa de verdad). Las camas muy cómodas. Y la atención de la limpieza, muy buena.

Location is superb, next to train station and bus office. Room is large with complete amenities
The cleaning process is confusing. We choose eco cleaning means change of towels but found no towel replacement.
Location was perfect, just next to the station (however no noisy at all!). The “room” was huge! We loved how spacious it was. The desk, table, balcony, all was great! You can practice free japanesse calligraphy in the second floor, which we enjoy too. The views and the staff were really nice as well
Under the toilet sink could be a bit more space for towels or personal stuff, other than that we had a wonderful stay!

I like it that it has what we need as if we are at home! I like the straw mat that was placed in the toilet as it can keep my feet warm and nice! Nice sheltered carpark and a personal traffic cone to block the carpark lot that you choose! Nice hotel staff too!
Nothing that we don’t like but hopefully the hotel staff can be trained more of English so that most of the hotel guests able to communicate and most of the time able to get info across them!😊 not all the staff able to communicate well in English but we appreciate the efforts in helping us! Kudos to the hotel staff! Keep going strong too!
Great location, 1min from the train (double glazed), 1min to the bus interchange, 1min from family mart, there's a lift, cleanliness was great. All staff from reception to the cleaners were helpful and polite. Checkin and checkout is easy.
There's options to forward your luggage, plenty of pamphlets & information at your leisure.
Spacious twin room with a washer/ dryer combo.
June coffee next door with delicious barista made coffee!:D
