Exactly as needed for an airport sleep pod.
Pros:

Exactly what we needed, comfy bed, close to food. Easy to come and go. We got the double bed and enough for two adults and bags while waiting for flight

Cons:

Way initially difficult to find as it was tucked away down hall. No bathroom facilities in center

Worth it for between long flights
Pros:

Best idea to get 7 hours sleep between flights. It really helped reduce our jet lag

Great but dont expect a lot. It's not a hotel.

Convenience of being so close to the gates

Cons:

Rooms were really tiny if you have a couple of Cary-on bags. There is no bathroom and you would have to use the bathroom from the airport 50m away. Not a big issue.

It can also a bit noisy with other guests arriving and departing
