Seeing Mt. Fuji 160km away was a nice surprise one morning
Cons:

Nearest room guest snored so loudly that I woke. Soundproof walls may be impractical in all rooms, but known noisy sleepers should identify themselves and get the "quiet" rooms for the sake of others.
